Security Guard at Mora Hospital

Job Description

We are looking for a full-time security guard for day shifts at Mora Hospital where we conduct patrols and maintain order around the clock, every day of the year.

The work requires both physical and mental endurance and the ability to quickly adapt to different situations, as you have many points of contact and meet different types of people every day. A security guard needs to be able to express themselves correctly and clearly in contact with the public. This also includes the physical appearance where you need to be aware of the signals you send out, as the communicative qualities are an important part of the security guard's trust-building work.

As a security guard at Mora Hospital, you will work in a unique environment. An environment where the first meeting takes place between patients and healthcare providers. As a security guard, you will primarily maintain public order for visitors and staff, but also be able to provide first-class service to, for example, fragile and elderly individuals. Since the hospital consists of different departments, you will need to adapt your approach to each department.

Our mission also includes the role of flight service personnel at our helicopter airports.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid security guard authorization
• At least 3 years of work experience as a security guard
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

We are looking for someone who is security-conscious, service-oriented, empathetic, and has an inner sense of security and a natural drive to help. You should be able to combine good service with a pronounced focus on safety and have communication and collaboration skills. The work requires flexibility and adaptability.
