We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable individual who wants to take a leading role in promoting and monitoring electrical safety work within Components at the Power Transformers unit. As our LESA, you will be a key player in our HSE team, where you will collaborate closely with both occupational safety experts and electrical installation managers to ensure the highest possible electrical safety and maintenance of our facilities.

Your responsibilities
- Be a key player in electrical safety matters: Support the unit with your expertise and ensure the highest standard in electrical safety.
- Ensure compliance: Verify that our electrical safety work meets all legal requirements as well as those of Hitachi Energy Sweden AB and other relevant requirements.
- Stay updated: Actively monitor changes in legislation and other requirements in the field of electrical safety, and ensure that we have procedures in place to handle these.
- Risk management: Follow up on risk assessments and electrical safety planning being carried out thoroughly and effectively.
- Implement measures: Ensure that electrical safety measures are taken based on risk assessments, internal audits, and safety rounds.
- Develop safe routines: Participate in the development and implementation of safe work routines and actively contribute to the work of the electrical safety network.
- Lead incident investigations: As an LESA, you will lead and participate in incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Educate and develop: Follow up on the availability of sufficient electrical safety knowledge and experience within the organization and suggest and arrange relevant training.
Your background
- Education in electrical power, test leader, or general authorization is advantageous. Authorizations (A, AL, B) for low voltage as well as previous experience from self-monitoring programs are desirable.
- Previous experience in working as an LESA is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of SS-EN 50110 and SS-EN 50191 standards.
- Familiarity with the electrical safety training required for the operation.
- Experience in audit techniques, both internal and external training.
- Competence in risk management and measures to minimize risks.
- Experience in conducting incident investigations.
- Familiarity with Hitachi Energy's operations and its electrical risk sources is an advantage.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as the ability to present professionally in various forums, both orally and in writing.
