About the role

As a Bid Manager, you have a central position where you are responsible for:

• Identifying and analyzing relevant procurement opportunities
• Ensuring that specification requirements are met
• Project managing bidding processes from start to finish in collaboration with the team and departments such as procurement and marketing
• Evaluating won and lost bids to improve future processes
• Contributing to contract management and supporting the organization in implementing new agreements

The role offers the opportunity to work with procurements of various sizes, from small projects to extensive framework agreements worth millions of Swedish kronor. In this role, you strategically shape and steer the company's direction by identifying business opportunities and developing competitive bids.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with strong analytical skills, digital maturity, and a willingness to develop. While an academic background in economics, law, or similar is considered a merit, experience is not decisive - the right attitude and a drive to learn are more important. The ideal candidate should:

• Be meticulous yet efficient, able to balance high quality with tight deadlines
• Quickly adapt to new systems and processes
• Enjoy working in a central role that requires legal and business acumen
• Be open to using modern digital tools as well as traditional Excel
