Tegnérs Bageri is a craft bakery and pastry shop with a café section, established in the spring of 2019. We are passionate about quality and creativity and strive to provide our guests with an extraordinary experience. We are now looking for a dedicated pastry chef for a part-time position (50%) from January to March, with the possibility of extension or increased hours.

Responsibilities

As a pastry chef with us, you will:

• Make and decorate cakes, pastries, and pastry pieces.
• Prepare fillings, bases, compotes, and other components.
• Fill and maintain the display with high-quality products.
• Contribute to keeping the work environment clean, organized, and efficient.

Requirements and preferences

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education or some experience in a similar role.
• Is detail-oriented and has an eye for aesthetics and presentation.
• Is flexible, organized, and able to handle stress – the pace can sometimes be high.
• Has a genuine interest in pastry craftsmanship and a willingness to develop.
• Can work independently but also enjoys working in a team.

Working hours and employment type

• Part-time, approximately 50%.
• Temporary position from January to March, with the possibility of extension or increased hours.
• Weekend work may occur, according to schedule and agreement.

Collective agreement

We apply a collective agreement with the Swedish Food Workers' Union.

Start date

In January, by agreement.
