We are looking for someone who wants and can work during the period of June-August and possibly weekends during the rest of the year if desired.

This year we celebrate 11 years as a company and have about 20 full-time employees and some extra staff.

(Several have been with us since the start)

We have 3 units, the BAKERY where we have the main production and manufacturing, where we have a smaller café operation and deliveries of both bread and catering as well as a large sandwich production. We also own Norrtälje's oldest café (Café Hörnan Anno 1912) located in the center of Norrtälje. & Recently we opened a new place called Götgatan 11 where we also serve food as well as beer, wine, coffee, and sell bread.

We have a few delivery customers that we work closely with but no traditional delivery customers, instead focusing on being an in-house bakery for other restaurants, catering companies & restaurants. Many deliveries.

We are now looking for a person who is preferably knowledgeable in both the bakery and pastry shop. The basic requirement is that you have training as a baker/pastry chef and can make the classic pastries and methods for producing products from scratch, or that you have many years of experience in the profession. We can also consider a restaurant pastry chef who could fit in.

Working hours according to a schedule that will be determined when we know who our new colleague will be.

Work exclusively Mon-Fri Scheduled working hours 07.00-16.30.

During the holiday period and occasionally, you may need to cover night shifts for your colleague.

(Very few weekend shifts in a year. Usually closed on public holidays.)

We operate from 03.00-16.30 during the day.

Salary according to agreement.

Collective agreement exists.
