We at TYP Restaurant are now looking for a baker/pastry chef to be the final piece of our team. We will be opening in newly built restaurant premises in the DN-house, Gjörwellsgatan 30, Stockholm on January 20th. The core business will consist of high-ambition lunches, a café, and event space/catering. Evening operations are planned for later this spring when our lovely outdoor seating area opens.

You, who are applying, should have at least 6 years of experience (including schooling). Like the rest of us, you should have a drive to achieve the highest quality and a solid passion for the profession. You are punctual, work cleanly, are a good team player, and it's a plus if you enjoy working somewhat independently in your own space but still want to collaborate with the rest of the kitchen team. We like to work from scratch and according to the season. We value that you are stronger on the bakery side than the pastry side. We prefer if you are creative but within set boundaries. We do not want night shifts, but you need to be a morning person.

We, behind TYP, also operate Restaurant Torsgatan for 10 years. We are union members and like to create a good working atmosphere. We set salaries individually.
