At Carglass®, your workday will mainly consist of helping our customers with repairing stone chips and replacing car windows. We offer you a familiar workplace where no two days are the same. We are currently looking for a new team member for our new workshop in Vega.

You do not need previous experience in repairing car glass, although it is advantageous. Carglass® provides the training you need to succeed in the position.

Job responsibilities:

• Deliver Carglass® services in a way that meets or exceeds our customers' expectations in terms of service, quality of work performed, and information/administration related to our service.
• The main tasks include repairing stone chips, replacing car windows, calibrating, and receiving our customers at the workshop.
• Work in another location or workshop may occur.

Who are you?

• You have experience in some form of work involving direct customer contact. You enjoy taking care of customers and providing world-class service.
• For us, it is important that you enjoy working practically and have a technical interest.
• Previous experience with car glass or insurance claims is considered advantageous but not required.
• To succeed in the job, you need to be meticulous, independent, and have basic computer skills.

Qualifications:

• Manual B driver's license
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Basic computer skills
• Aptitude for practical and technical work

About the position:

The position is a permanent employment, with entry by agreement and a 6-month initial probationary period.

A step in the recruitment process is a visit to our occupational health service for a thermosetting plastic examination, as well as alcohol and drug tests, which are prerequisites for employment with us.
