As a consultant in power engineering at ic.energy, you will be responsible for the design and construction of electrical systems within industrial operations. We work on exciting projects, big and small. You will often follow projects from idea to commissioning. Examples of tasks include conducting feasibility studies and cost calculations, preparing technical descriptions, and designing high-voltage installations. You will also work on cable sizing, field installations, commissioning, and be responsible for project and discipline management.

Examples of tasks:

• Design and construction of switchgear and transformer stations (10–400 kV).
• Cable sizing, calculations, and preparation of technical descriptions.
• Technical review and support during commissioning of high-voltage installations.
• Lead and coordinate technical disciplines in projects.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in civil or electrical engineering or other relevant post-secondary education.
• Experience in electrical design within high-voltage installations and power grids.
• Knowledge of standards and regulations such as SS-EN and IEC.
• Experience with CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD or EPLAN).
