Friday is now looking for a Project Manager on behalf of our client, who has a few years of work experience in the field. Our client is a leader in electrical network contracting and belongs to a group that operates in construction, maintenance, and the development of energy solutions for both the business sector and public sector, focusing on electrical networks and electrical power. At the office in Kungsbacka, you will be part of a team of 25 people, with each project consisting of 5-6 people. They are looking for someone with project management experience who is ready to take on a highly varied role where you will drive assignments ranging from small to very extensive.

As a project manager, you bear the ultimate responsibility for the projects, which you drive based on the wishes and requirements of the client. With a clear follow-up forecast, you are responsible for ensuring that the work can be carried out from start to finish and that the project stays within the boundaries of both time and budget. In close dialogue with preparers and technicians, you are responsible for following up and subsequently ensuring delivery to the client. In other words, you are offered a highly varied role where those who have the ability to act and drive through decisions are highly valued.

• Maintain financial forecasts for each project.
• Continuously follow up on the work being done during the project.
• Manage current interruptions for the execution of work.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks for technicians and preparers.
• Maintain close dialogue with both internal and external contacts.
• Continuous follow-up of forecasts for both budget and timeline.

• Has a post-secondary electrical engineering education and/or equivalent experience.
• Has previously worked in the role of project manager, on projects within electrical networks and/or fiber.
• Possesses good system skills.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.

In addition, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. With the primary responsibility for the projects, we believe you are a results-oriented person with strong problem-solving skills. Furthermore, we believe you are a curious and inquisitive person who patiently immerses yourself in the issues required for the projects to yield the best possible results based on both wishes and budget.

This is a consulting assignment, which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition from the client and our side is that you will be directly employed by the client after 12 months.
