About the Role

Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contractor in the energy and electrical power sector, and we are developing Sweden's energy infrastructure! We need more energy heroes, and now we are looking for a Planner who wants to be part of the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is it you? Together, we make a difference for the whole society.

What does a Planner do with us? The role includes technical solutions, landowner contacts, network calculations, economic calculations, contacts with customers and authorities, material orders, documentation, and follow-up. Here, you are expected to actively participate and take initiatives in the work to continue developing the business.

Our customers are within energy and network companies, industries, infrastructure companies, real estate companies, and contractors. The position involves designing electrical distribution networks, both new construction and maintenance projects on overhead line networks, underground cable networks, and in substations.

Job Requirements

To thrive as a Planner, you need to be a resourceful and open person who easily builds new relationships and collaborates. We offer a responsible job in a results-oriented business, where a high level of service is important, and you are someone who sees opportunities instead of problems. Your work is characterized by structure and order.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we prefer if you already have:

• An electrical engineering education or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with overhead lines, underground cable networks, and substations in a role as a planner and/or leading distribution electrician is advantageous
• It is also advantageous if you have design knowledge, experience with EBR, contract management, construction law, costing, and tendering work
• As the planning is done in a computer environment, it is important that you are computer literate and can handle the most common software.
• You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license is a requirement, as business travel will be frequent.
