You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach.
We prefer if you have experience working with individuals with multiple disabilities.
You enjoy working with established routines but can also, if needed, make independent decisions based on the person's needs and preferences.
You have a good sense of humor and the ability to sense the mood of the person you are working with.
