Who are you?

Nexer in Jönköping is now strengthening the team with more consultants who have experience in project management in an IT environment. We are looking for someone with 5-10 years of work experience as a project manager and/or agile leader.

You have several years of experience in IT-related project management and/or business development, preferably based on some project methodology. You also have a technical understanding that you can benefit from in your assignments. Many of our customers are going through an agile transformation, which means that you must have experience in and an interest in working agile.

As a person, you have good leadership skills, communication skills, and a high social ability. A pragmatic approach and a willingness to work in change are good prerequisites for succeeding in your assignments.

If you have certifications in agile methods (e.g. SAFe) and/or project management (e.g. PMP, PMI), this is a big plus.

Fluency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.

You work independently in the assignment, or you are part of a team with several colleagues from Nexer.
