We are looking for a requirements analyst to strengthen the management of the research funding system Prisma, managed by the Swedish Research Council. This role focuses on supporting the existing work with requirements analysis and helping to manage a growing number of new assignments within the administration. The work is carried out in close collaboration with both the business and the development team responsible for the management of Prisma.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and lead requirements analysis work for new features and changes within the research funding system Prisma.
• Collaborate with the business and development team to capture and formulate requirements for solutions.
• Lead and conduct workshops to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Ensure that the requirements specifications are clear and useful as a basis for further development.

Requirements Profile:

• Competence level 3 (4-8 years of experience).
• IREB certification or equivalent education in requirements analysis.
• Experience in requirements analysis work within the public sector.
• Documented experience in leading workshops for requirements gathering.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Additional Information:

• Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work by agreement.
• Assignment duration: Start by agreement – 2025-11-23, with the possibility of extension for 6 months.
• Scope: 100%.
