Sokigo is looking for a product specialist to join our customer service team!
We are looking for someone who is driven by helping others, has a good technical understanding, and enjoys solving problems. In this role, you will support our customers in using Evolution, our system for digital document and case management.

About the roleAs a product specialist, your main task will be to strengthen our team for Sokigo's in-house developed solution for document and case management. Currently, the customer service team consists of 17 employees who work together to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a problem solver in close dialogue with customers - both via phone, case management system, and remote connection.
- Connect to customers' servers via various types of VPN solutions to analyze and troubleshoot their system environments.
- Familiarize yourself with different business processes and configurations to understand how the customer uses our solution.
- Work with a complex and extensive system where each day presents new questions to delve into.

The location for this position is primarily our office in Sundbyberg. Start date by agreement.
