Service Manager for Din Bil Falun

About the position

As a Service Manager, you will have budget and result responsibility for the service market where you are responsible for leading, developing, and driving the business towards set goals and key figures. You are responsible for ensuring that our facility always provides the best customer experience by developing and improving our service offering.

Your focus will be both strategic and operational as the automotive industry is currently undergoing major changes towards electrification and digitalization. A total of 35 employees work in the service market and body shop, each with their own manager reporting to you.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in management and leadership, an approved high school education, and experience working in a customer-focused organization. You are used to working towards set goals and demonstrate a good business understanding and financial awareness. You have an easy time adapting to new business systems and have good administrative skills.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is required, and experience in a larger organization is a plus. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and have the ability to express yourself in English. A driver's license is a requirement.
