Kroppkärrsskolan is looking for a teacher for grades 4-6 who wants to play an important role in the students' development and have the opportunity to make a difference in their lives.

We have approximately 420 students and actively work to create an inspiring and stimulating learning environment where all students have the opportunity to develop according to their own conditions. Responsibilities

Being a class teacher at Kroppkärrsskolan means you are responsible for developing students' knowledge and skills based on the curriculum and each student's individual needs and conditions.

You plan the teaching by setting goals, choosing methods and materials, and preparing lessons. You are expected to create trusting relationships with both students and guardians, and are aware of your role in the students' learning. By following up on the quality of the teaching, you constantly work to improve the instruction and provide students with constructive feedback.

As an educator, you collaborate with colleagues to develop both yourself and the school's pedagogical work. You have the ability to see each student's strengths and areas for development and utilize this to help them grow. You plan and carry out the teaching independently, based on the curriculum and governing documents, and actively contribute to a good and respectful working environment at the school.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a teaching license for grades 4-6, in the subjects: Swedish, English, Mathematics, and Science.

You are a stable educator with the ability to adapt your teaching to each student's needs. You have a positive attitude and find it easy to build good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians, which is a prerequisite for a safe and motivating learning environment. Creativity and collaboration are central to the role of class teacher. For us, this means you are good at and enjoy working together with others to achieve common goals. You have innovative ideas that can be put into practice and lead to the desired results.
