Job Description

As an administrator, you will support our salesperson and play a vital role in the business. The role involves both administrative tasks and close collaboration with our customers. You will, among other things:

Support our salesperson with administrative tasks.
Work on preparing cost proposals and quotations.
Create simple drawings of solutions for customers.
Be responsible for your own customers and visit them regularly.
Identify upselling opportunities and help customers find the best solutions.

Qualifications

Communicative and social: You find it easy to build relationships, both internally and externally.

Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

We prefer if you have previous experience in administrative work and a good understanding of systems. If you also have an interest in sales and want to develop in that area, it is a big plus!
