We are currently looking for an experienced IT administrator for our client in Jönköping. The company offers an open and bright office landscape with a view of the water.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include ensuring that IT equipment is functioning properly and providing service support via phone, email, and chat to users regarding hardware and software. As you will have a lot of contact with calling users and instruct and guide them in the use of various programs, it requires you to be service-oriented and pedagogical in your approach. The tasks also involve administration of IT environments such as user accounts, permissions, and print queues, among others.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a university degree in IT (e.g., a computer engineering degree) or equivalent IT education and at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a high school education or equivalent knowledge and 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

Skills Required:

• Educational background and experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Easit BPS or Artologik Helpdesk).
• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

The work is during daytime.
