The home care service Forenede Care in Vellinge is a professional operation with ambitions. The operation works according to the LOV agreement with a focus on patient and quality work. We work with an intention of good cooperation internally and with home care and other parties. The operation is characterized by a high and broad competence with varied experience. We are a staff group consisting of occupational therapists, dementia nurses, district nurses, physiotherapists, Silvia sisters, nurses, nursing assistants, service staff, operations manager, and deputy operations manager. With interdisciplinary teams, Forenede Care provides health and medical care and rehabilitation at home. Nursing and rehabilitation efforts are performed, as well as follow-up and documentation according to current legislation. The team works to promote good and safe care. The work should be characterized by a person-centered, flexible, and solution-oriented approach with the individual's needs at the center.

Job Responsibilities

Primarily, we are looking for staff who are trained nursing assistants or have equivalent education and experience from care and nursing and/or experience or education as a rehabilitation assistant.

The rehabilitation assistant's job responsibilities are to work on behalf of a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist. This may include assisting with decided interventions, performing and/or instructing training programs, carrying out training/treatment according to prescription, testing assistive devices, and assisting with assessments, follow-ups, and trials of assistive devices.

Your work focuses on supporting the elderly individual in both physical and cognitive challenges. You will work both independently and in a team.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a colleague for a summer temporary position from week 28-33 with a full-time employment rate of 100%

• Trained nursing assistant or has equivalent education and experience from care and nursing and/or experience or education as a rehabilitation assistant.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing
• Driver's license
