About the role

Do you want to be part of an engaged team in a central and pleasant working environment? The pharmacy Artemis is located in the heart of Tomelilla, next to Systembolaget, and has a loyal customer base. As part of our pharmacy group together with the pharmacy in Sjöbo, you will have the opportunity for collaboration and support in a larger community. 

With us, two pharmacists, two pharmacy technicians, and a pharmacy manager work. With three prescription channels – two standing and one sitting – we create a smooth and efficient workday. Here you will have the chance to develop and take extra responsibility in a role where your competence and commitment make a difference. 

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. We support you in your career - as a pharmacist at the pharmacy, you can develop in roles such as medication responsible, sales leader, specialist pharmacist, or why not a role as pharmacy manager?

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication field
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
