About the role 

As a mobile pharmacist within the Southern Skåne region and with primary affiliation at the Källan pharmacy, you will work broadly across the region's 30 pharmacies. Together with your colleagues at each pharmacy, you will work with advising and selling our products and medications. Being a mobile pharmacist means you will experience great variety in your daily work as you move between different pharmacies based on our needs. Here, we can truly say that no day is the same! As a mobile pharmacist, you are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the routines and working methods of the pharmacies you visit. Regardless of which pharmacy you work at, you act with care and commitment, genuinely putting the customer at the center and actively contributing to an enhanced customer experience.

In this role, you are therefore expected to contribute ideas and initiatives to develop the pharmacies you work at into obvious choices for our customers. • Actively engage in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling 
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales 
• Actively strengthen your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences 
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to their success
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience in advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the pharmacy and medication landscape
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
