The Nöbbelöv Health Center is located on the outskirts of Lund with good commuting options. The health center is relatively small with just under 9,000 registered patients from both urban and rural areas. The atmosphere is familial, and we have a well-functioning teamwork, high continuity, and good accessibility for patients. We continuously strive to develop and improve our operations. At the Nöbbelöv Health Center, we have a high level of trust from our registered patients and offer them a wide range of services with several clinics such as doctor and district nurse clinics, specialist clinics for nurses, as well as clinics for child health care, physiotherapy, psychology, and access to occupational therapists and dietitians. We are a well-functioning and patient-focused health care unit that can take care of the whole family.

We are also an Academic Health Center (AVC) with research connections and regularly participate in clinical studies and have close collaboration with the Center for Primary Care Research.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a resident physician with us, you will be offered a varied and developing job. The position primarily involves outpatient work at the health center. Your tasks include both planned and acute medical visits.

The residency position means that your training will take place within the framework of the residency program with individual supervision, a residency contract, goal description, and study time. Your training will be tailored for you in consultation with your supervisor to ensure that your education is as optimal, challenging, and interesting as possible. At the same time, you will also have the opportunity to become a double specialist through further training in general medicine.

When you start with us, you will receive an introduction tailored to your experiences so that you can integrate into the operations in a good way. For us, collegial cooperation and the opportunity for further education are prioritized to enable a stimulating work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare and have a strong interest in general medicine and primary care. Additionally, language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to be curious, flexible, cooperative, and meticulous. You take great responsibility in your work, which you drive independently, while also having a good ability to work in a team with other professional categories.
