About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Svea, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medication and health. The pharmacy is centrally located in the Valen shopping center, just a stone's throw from the train station. Currently, 10 people work at the pharmacy. It is a large pharmacy with a wide customer base and a comprehensive range, including both prescription medications and self-care products. During the summer, customer flow increases, especially in connection with the Palm Festival and other summer events. Everyone working in the shopping center receives a 10% discount in all stores, except for ICA.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively engage in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills that contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with thoughtful upselling from a service perspective

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: Weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 09:00-16:00 & Sundays 10:00-16:00.
