The Role and Responsibilities

· Develop and optimize robotic applications for autonomous lawn mowers using ROS (Robot Operating System) and C++.

· Design and improve algorithms for navigation, path planning, obstacle detection, and motion control.

· Integrate sensors and hardware components to improve real-time perception and decision-making.

· Troubleshoot and debug software on Linux-based embedded systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Qualifications

· Strong experience with ROS (ROS 1/2).

· C++ development, minimum 10 years.

· Proficiency in Linux-based systems and real-time embedded software.

· Experience with navigation and localization algorithms (SLAM, path planning, obstacle avoidance).

· Familiarity with sensor integration (e.g., Radar, GPS, IMU) and actuator control.

· Background in robotic lawn mowers, autonomous vehicles, or outdoor robotics is a big plus!
