About the role

As a software and test developer, you will have the opportunity to work with complex and exciting systems where your code is a crucial part of the whole. Here you will work with the programming language C, but also with other languages such as C++, Ada, and Python, to create solutions ranging from PowerPC processors to ARM and DSPs.

Initially, you will be deeply involved in the implementation and testing of software to quickly get into the team's working methods and processes. You will receive support and the opportunity to grow into the role, take on greater responsibility, and actively contribute to the development of products that make a difference.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to travel both within Sweden and internationally, giving you a unique insight into the global development process and the chance to make an impact on a larger scale.

About you

You are an engineer driven by developing solutions that truly make a difference. You have an eye for detail and thrive in an environment where collaboration and communication are key to success. You are drawn to challenges and want to help shape the technology of the future by working with advanced and innovative systems.

Your background consists of an engineering degree, preferably with a focus on embedded systems and hardware-near programming. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and you have a desire to continuously develop and learn more.

We see that you have experience in:

• Embedded systems
• C programming

It is a merit if you have experience in:

• Safety-critical systems
• C++, Ada, Assembler, and scripting languages like Python
• Real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• UML
• Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence

About the consulting assignment

As a consultant, you are employed by AxÖ Consulting but work on assignments at our clients' locations.
