Your Responsibilities

This role offers practical and theoretical work where you will have the opportunity to influence the development of electrical solutions for future products, with a strong focus on sustainability and technical innovation. The role involves key responsibility in the development of electric motor control systems for large, advanced riding lawn mowers and off-road vehicles. You will work on developing and programming embedded software for motor control.

You will participate in the development of a completely new electric platform for professional riding lawn mowers. Work with systems that include wireless connectivity, remote control, and autonomous functions from product launch to mass production, focusing on electric machines. You will test and troubleshoot products by running tests and measuring motor performance. Work in a team where rapid prototyping and problem-solving are central, especially when bugs or errors are discovered late in the project.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine curiosity about the functionality of the products and an interest in how motor control systems work in practice. You have experience with safety requirements and know how to balance product functionality with relevant safety standards.

We see that you have experience in embedded software development, particularly in motor control (PMSM/BLDC), and that you have strong programming skills in C. You also have a good ability to troubleshoot electronics and analyze problems in depth. A university degree or equivalent experience in the field is important to us, but we also place great importance on your practical experience.

You are an analytical and abstract thinker, while also being well-organized throughout the development process. We see that you have experience writing documentation and communicating in both English and Swedish.

It is a merit if you have experience developing PC software, preferably in C#, as it adds extra value in developing the tools required for troubleshooting and testing.
