Our product range includes everything from classic interior and exterior doors, customized sound, fire, and security doors to extreme special doors that protect against hazardous X-ray radiation.

Your role with us

We are looking for a service-oriented and self-driven IT Technician to join our Scandinavian IT team in Forserum. You will work with troubleshooting, installation, and support of IT infrastructure for the factory in Forserum and the sales office in Huskvarna. The role includes case management in ServiceNow, user support, and technical readiness every fourth week.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong interest in IT and good collaboration skills

• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

• Holds a valid driver's license (travel may occur)

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded

We expect you to have:

• A strong interest in IT
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for assigned tasks
• Ability to communicate correctly both verbally and in writing
• Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing are prerequisites for this role
• A driver's license is required for the position as travel may occur
