Job Description for Personal Assistant.

We are now looking for a temporary personal assistant for one of our female clients.

For this position, we are seeking someone who is calm and flexible. You need to be stable and stress-resistant as some days can be very busy while others are quieter.

We believe that you appreciate routines, but sometimes they need to be broken, and that you can anticipate what might happen. Handle broken routines and then return to routines.

Examples of typical tasks:

As an assistant, you will work in a structured manner and follow the daily schedule that the client has. You will work independently but maintain close contact with the client's relatives and guardian. The client has her own apartment but is sometimes with her family.

You will support the client in her daily life and participate in daily activities. In consultation with the client's relatives and your colleagues, you will plan and ensure that activities in the client's daily life function, including health care, etc.

Standard care work, including tube feeding and managing a stoma.

Standard household tasks, where you are responsible for tidying up what you have used and managing the cleaning that the client would normally perform at home.

Some experience working with an iPad and structuring daily life is an advantage. If you have experience in autism, intellectual disabilities, chromosomal abnormalities, and/or visual impairment, that is also a plus.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• It is advantageous if you have experience with autism, intellectual disabilities, visual impairment, tube feeding, and stoma care.
• Personal qualities: calm and flexible.
• Responsible and good at collaborating with your colleagues, the client, and the client's relatives.

Additional Information

• Employment type: Temporary employment, as needed.
• Scope: Part-time, about 75%.
• Working hours: You will work on a rolling schedule, some overnight shifts but also daytime. 11-hour shifts.
• Start date: As soon as possible.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

The workplace is located 30 km southeast of Örnsköldsvik. You need to be able to get to and from the workplace on your own, which is why we see that you have your own car. You will not need a car for work.
