ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Örnsköldsvik. We offer you to work extra as needed, and we would like you to have the opportunity to also work in the summer during the absence of regular staff. The working hours are usually scheduled between 10:00 AM and 10:00 AM with sleeping duty, during weekdays and weekends.

Start date will be agreed upon, but we would like you to have the opportunity to start training immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is wheelchair-bound and has an autism diagnosis. She is a cheerful and outgoing girl who loves to engage in various activities such as going to the movies, having coffee in town, and other fun adventures. As a personal assistant in this assignment, you will support her with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, grooming, transfers, training, and household chores.

She lives north of Örnsköldsvik, about 30 minutes from the center, in a villa with her family and cat.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, and easy-going. You can use your humor to encourage and motivate her when her own drive is lacking. As a person, you are also attentive, you see what needs to be done, and you take your own initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work.
• Not allergic to pets as there is a cat in the home.
• Not sensitive to perfume and similar scents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education or experience in care and support.

Employment Rate: Hourly position/Summer position

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
