About the job

As a payroll consultant with us, you will be responsible for the entire payroll management process for our clients in various industries. You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations and act as a support and advisor in payroll matters. Your tasks include everything from collecting payroll data to disbursement, as well as administration of pensions, benefits, and collective agreements. You will also handle the calculation of vacation debts and final salaries and report to relevant authorities. Additionally, you will serve as a sounding board for managers and employees on payroll-related issues and actively work to develop and streamline our payroll processes.

About you

We are looking for someone with an interest in payroll administration who enjoys a role where you can take responsibility and work independently. You have a post-secondary education in payroll, economics, or a similar field, as well as experience in payroll administration – preferably in a consulting role. We would like you to have good knowledge of laws and regulations in the payroll area and experience with payroll management systems.
