The primary care in Dalarna is divided into five areas. The central area consists of the municipalities of Borlänge, Gagnef, and Säter. Approximately 68,000 inhabitants live in the catchment area, with about 50,000 in Borlänge. Kvarnsveden Health Center is one of three publicly operated health centers in Borlänge. We have about 12,500 registered patients and around 50 employees. At the health center, you will have the chance to gain broad experience to carry with you in your profession.

Medical Secretary, Kvarnsveden Health Center

Job Responsibilities

As a medical secretary with us, you will become an important part of the work with our patients and colleagues. The work includes medical documentation in the journal system Take Care, mail handling, scanning, photo management in Picsara, telephone service, and booking in various systems, etc. You will also staff our reception when the regular receptionist is sick and during breaks, thus becoming the face of the health center. We work according to RAK (right use of competence), and tasks may be added as we continuously develop work methods to utilize each employee's competence in the best possible way.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with one of the following qualifications:

• Medical Secretary Program 120 credits,
• Health Administrative Program 180 credits,
• Medical Secretary YH 400 points, or
• 1-year post-secondary education in health documentation.

Working at a health center is varied, so we see that you, as a person, are flexible, solution-focused, stress-resistant, service-oriented, positive, and enjoy taking responsibility. We place great importance on personal suitability.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
