Job Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you will play a key role in the workplace with a management responsibility of about 50% for the relevant operations. This is a combined position where, in addition to the coordinator role, you will work as a resource person in the operations to relieve staff when needed and cover for absences. With your drive and great commitment, you will contribute to ensuring that our service deliveries are performed with good quality, participation, and joy at work. In your role as a coordinator, you will support the first-line manager with tasks such as:

• leading, planning, and coordinating work - creating engagement and stability
• quality and customer satisfaction - customer contacts and follow-up of work
• staff planning and staffing - creating a pleasant workplace
• daily operations - ensuring service deliveries
• continuous improvements - handling deviations and development

We are an ISO-certified organization (ISO 9001 & 14001), which means that quality and environmental work are a natural part of your assignment. As a Coordinator, you will receive support from your first-line manager, your colleagues, and our FM unit, which works strategically to develop our service offerings. The position is a fixed-term appointment with a permanent employment in your base profession.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent that the employer deems relevant
• Experience in leadership within the last five years, in service professions such as hotel & restaurant, cleaning, healthcare, or similar operations
• Driver's license - travel in the job may occur
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemical handling, and environmentally adapted cleaning
• Knowledge/training in food and meal management, HACCP
• Good computer skills, e.g., Office package, MS365
