Driven and Structured Planning Coordinator Wanted at Saab Aeronautics

We are currently looking for a driven and structured Planning Coordinator for Saab Aeronautics and their Production Engineering Planning Office in Linköping!

Your Future Challenge

As a Planning Coordinator, you will work on development projects to create and maintain good health in planning data for activities related to the design and industrialization of new articles, tools, and materials, primarily for Gripen. The job involves a lot of contact with various technical disciplines to gather data and updates for your schedules. The systems used are Excel, MS Project, IFS ERP, and CPS; experience with these is advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is structured, open, and flexible, can handle changes and multiple cases simultaneously. To succeed in this role, you should be a team player, good at communicating, and have the ability to gather information and take initiative. A certain interest in technology is preferred.

You should have:

• Interest in planning and change management
• Skills in planning/business systems (IFS/ERP, MS Project, CPS) are advantageous
• Experience with the Office suite (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Saab Aeronautics products is advantageous
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different functions and roles
• Good communication skills, proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• This position requires you to pass a security clearance in accordance with the security protection act
