We are looking for someone who has a passion for technology and, after graduation, wants the opportunity to develop in several different technical areas. As a consultant, you will have the chance to test various types of assignments and work with several exciting companies. Your role as a consultant

Right now, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a mechanical designer or sees a future as a project manager in projects related to mechanical design. As an employee with us, you will have the chance to work on exciting consulting assignments with our clients as well as periodically contribute to the many internal projects we run. Here we have our own workshop where we work on manufacturing prototypes and, in some cases, even finished products for customers. Because with us, ideas become reality, not just digital documents.

We have offices in both Linköping and Norrköping, and you will be part of a strong team with a broad network of experienced colleagues in product development and machine design. At the offices in Östergötland, over 100 consultants work with a wide range of competencies, and we collaborate across both office and national borders to deliver good results for our clients. As a consultant with us, you belong to a team of 10-15 other people. You always have close dialogue and support from your team leader to actively work on your own professional development. This is done, among other things, through our internal training programs and by participating in training with clients. We know that our consultants are our greatest strength – and we believe that the better you feel, the better your performance will be.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has trained in product development, product design, innovation, or production. Someone who is confident and enjoys variation and agile work by working on one or more different projects simultaneously. Your personal qualities are highly valued. We are looking for someone who is positive, creative, self-leading, and responsible.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Experience with one or more of the major CAD programs: Solid Works, Creo, Catia V5, or Siemens NX
• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have a burning interest in technology, where, for example, your free time is characterized by exciting projects, building, problem-solving, etc.
