Your Role

In the role of Quality Engineer, you will lead and coordinate quality work within production in Malmslätt at a high level. A major focus will be on proactive work as well as follow-ups on quality-related issues. The work involves close collaboration with production and support in the subject area, such as quality expertise.

Your tasks may include:

• Driving root cause analysis work by actively finding the cause together with other support functions for the problems that arise, and implementing activities to resolve the issue in the short and long term.
• Ensuring that we meet the requirements we have for our products.
• Working to prevent quality assurance of the product range.
• Reviewing and ensuring that validations of processes and verifications of products are carried out.
• Conducting internal quality and environmental audits and presenting production quality during internal reviews.
• Travel within and outside Sweden may occur.

Your Profile

We prefer that you have a university degree in an engineering program or equivalent experience from the workforce for a few years. Understanding proactive work with FMEA methodology and capability analysis is advantageous.

We are looking for a person with good leadership skills who enjoys driving projects forward and appreciates collaborating with others. You are passionate about quality issues and see continuous improvements in your work. The ability to think quickly and be open to change is an important trait for thriving with us.

We also see that you have good analytical skills and that you are proficient in communicating in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
