Recruitment Specialist at the Swedish Prison and Probation Service

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new, renovating, and expanding, and we are now looking for more employees. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation, remand facilities, and client transport.

The positions are located in the operational HR unit within the recruitment group HK.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a recruitment specialist in the recruitment group HK, your mission is to support the headquarters' managers with quality-assured and efficient recruitments for expert, specialist, and managerial positions. An important part of the role involves working consultatively and service-oriented towards our clients and ensuring the administration related to the recruitment process. This position is particularly focused on our IT department, but recruitments for our other departments may occur.

You will support managers throughout the recruitment process by, among other things, publishing job ads, making selections, conducting interviews, performing security checks, managing administration, and everything related to the recruitment process. The Swedish Prison and Probation Service works with competency-based recruitment, and as a government authority, we base our recruitment on merit and skill. Within the recruitment team, we also conduct security checks.

In the recruitment group, employees take responsibility for a common mission and share valuable knowledge, while much of the work is driven independently. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in HR/PA of at least 120 credits equivalent to 2 years at a university
• Experience in competency-based recruitment
• Experience in recruiting IT positions
• Experience in all parts of the recruitment process
• Experience working in recruitment systems
• Good ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish

It is a merit if you have:

• Training in security checks
• Experience in expert and specialist recruitment
• Experience in recruiting security-classified positions
• Experience working in a consultative support role
• Experience with Visma Recruit
• Knowledge of government recruitment

OTHER

We have high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. To work with us, you need to undergo a security check in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The position is classified in a security class, and a security check, including a security interview with a background check, will be conducted before a hiring decision is made.
