Finance Assistant Needed for Stockholm City Education Administration

ABOUT THE POSITION

Stockholm City Education Administration is the largest municipal administration in the city and works to provide all children in Stockholm with a good education. The administration consists of six departments responsible for operations in various areas, such as primary and secondary education.

For the finance team of the education administration, we are now looking for a finance assistant who can come in and support the team primarily with accounts payable and invoice investigations. The office is located in Kungsholmen, but there is also the possibility to work approximately two days a week remotely in the future.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of Stockholm City. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, with the assignment initially extending until at least September.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In the role of finance assistant, you will primarily support with accounts payable and investigate invoices.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has several years of previous experience in accounts payable
Has experience in financial work within the public sector
Has previous experience with Agresso Desktop (Unit 4)
Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
