Your Mission

• Plan, implement, and evaluate the educational work for grades 4-6 according to Lgr 22.
• You focus on making the curriculum a living and meaningful learning experience.
• Your lessons are characterized by clear expectations, safety, a conducive learning environment, and a desire to learn.
• You participate in planning and development work to continuously improve and adapt teaching.
• Responsible for parent meetings and development discussions to ensure open communication and collaboration with guardians.

Your Experience

• You have a teaching license with authorization to teach grades 4-6.
• Subject authorization in Swedish/SVA and English for grades 4-6.
• You have a good ability to use digital technology in teaching as a tool for information, planning, communication, and reporting.
• It is highly meritorious if you have previous teaching experience.

• In your work, you are responsible and structured with a good ability to organize, plan, and prioritize your work effectively.
• Furthermore, you are a stable and secure pedagogical leader with the ability to handle stress constructively.

• In your role as a teacher, you easily adapt to changing circumstances by quickly finding solutions to emerging problems.

Norrevångsskolan F-6 has approximately 475 students and is located in northern Eslöv. At the beginning of 2023, the new extension was inaugurated, and the school also has a completely new playground. At the school, we actively work to ensure that all students own their own learning, that goals are clear, and that each student can be aware of and follow their learning.
