JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as a teacher of German in combination with other subjects at Lerbergsskolan in grades 4-9 with approximately 50% German in grades 6-9 and 50% work as a teacher in the middle school. You will be part of a team where you are expected to actively participate in the joint work forward. Together with other educators, you will take responsibility for the development of the operations so that each student is given the best possible conditions for development and learning. Mentorship is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is qualified to teach German and other subjects
• is confident in your teaching role and a clear leader
• is comfortable using the school's governing documents as a basis for planning teaching.
• has the ability to meet students with different support needs within the framework of teaching
• can create trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues and fosters a good study atmosphere
• can work both independently and collaboratively and has good leadership both in and out of the classroom

As a person, you are creative and attentive, have a positive attitude, and possess a good ability to inspire and motivate students to learn. You have good collaboration and communication skills. Your work is characterized by curiosity and relationship-building, and you have the ability to work in a team with the student at the center and a constant focus on knowledge. We will place great emphasis on ensuring that subject combinations align with the needs of the operations.
