Welcome to Bengtsfors Municipality! We are looking for someone who wants to be part of this summer's team as a leisure/activity leader for the Fritidslånet program in the summer of 2025!

What does the role entail?

As a leisure/activity leader, you will plan, organize, and carry out various activities for the children in our municipality. The work will mainly be synchronized with the municipality's swimming school during the summer. At the municipality's bathing areas, there will be opportunities to conduct games and engage children and youth with Fritidslånet's equipment. You will communicate and inform about the opportunities available with Fritidslånet for the municipality's residents and visitors.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and enjoys activating children and youth. You are a team player and find it easy to collaborate with both colleagues and children. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you have a positive attitude and a passion for working with children and youth.

• Preferably experience in leading groups and activities
• Good communication skills
• Ability to create safety and inspire
• Flexibility and adaptability
• A genuine interest in children's development

The position is a temporary employment for the summer of 2025.
