Ingared School is a F-6 school with approximately 330 students located in a scenic area in the southern part of Alingsås municipality. In August 2025, we will move into our newly built school, and now there is an opportunity to join us from the start. Here, we place the student's learning at the center. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an engaged and driven teacher for the upcoming grade 1. As part of Ingared School's staff, you will be part of a team where you and your colleagues share responsibility for the students' learning and development. In your role, you will create differentiated teaching and a learning environment that is both accessible and tailored to the students' needs.

Together with other educators in the team, you will lead and be responsible for the pedagogical work based on the curriculum's assignments. You will plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching in collaboration with your colleagues. You will be responsible for following up, assessing, and documenting the students' knowledge development.

As a teacher at Ingared School, you will be an active part of the school's development work. This fall, we will take the next step in our development work regarding leadership in the classroom, where both the school and after-school care will work together. We also continuously work on promoting and preventing measures to maintain safety and well-being for everyone at the school.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed teacher with qualifications to teach grades 1-3, preferably with broad qualifications. You have experience in similar roles and are well-versed in both Unikum and LGR 22. We also appreciate if you have good knowledge of cooperative learning.

To succeed in this role, you are a clear leader in the classroom who creates structure and a learning environment where students feel stimulated and engaged. You have good pedagogical skills and the ability to adapt teaching to each student's unique needs and circumstances, and you believe that all students can succeed. For you, school development is a natural part of the teaching assignment, and you always ensure to clarify goals and knowledge requirements to motivate students to achieve good results in their learning.

You have good knowledge of the curriculum and the documents that govern the school's operations. You can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You are familiar with documentation and assessment.
