Park School F-6 and Adapted Primary School 1-9 is located a stone's throw from Osby station, with the schoolyard adjacent to Lake Osby. Currently, about 350 students attend Park School.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You who are applying should be interested in creating a pedagogical environment that challenges and stimulates students' development and learning based on each individual student. The pedagogical activities are based on each child's prerequisites and build on teaching designed in accordance with the curriculum's goals. As a teacher, you enhance the students' school day by inspiring, organizing, and conducting structured teaching, as well as supporting students' social development.

We expect you to be engaged in driving and developing digital and language-developing methods and making teaching accessible to all. In a systematic way, you reflect on your work, both individually and together with others, and keep yourself updated on new research, events in the world, and see development opportunities in the organization. You will be part of the school's development work and work based on set goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching license as a primary school teacher with the authority to teach in grades 1-3 in at least the subjects of Swedish and Mathematics.

We place great emphasis on your experiences in planning, teaching, and assessment in pedagogical work.

You should be well acquainted with the laws and regulations that govern schools, as well as the curriculum and syllabuses, and have the ability to implement this in practice.

You should have a very good sense of service and enjoy meeting people.

You feel secure and comfortable in your professional role, are engaged, and contribute to a good working climate.

Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills, a positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills.

You have good communication skills in both spoken and written language, and you find it easy to build good relationships.

There is an opportunity to combine the job with being a part-time firefighter. Assessment will be made based on the needs of the organization.
