JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Älvdalsskolan, there are about 260 students from preschool to grade 6. The school is surrounded by a beautiful environment that is utilized in teaching. Our four leisure departments each have their own leisure facilities located in the school building, which provides great opportunities for good collaboration. You will be part of a team with wonderful competent colleagues, and as a team, you work to promote the students' development towards the goals. This means that you prepare, plan, conduct, and evaluate teaching in a professional manner based on governing documents, evidence-based knowledge, and current research.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is an educated leisure pedagogue/teacher in leisure homes. As a teacher in the leisure home, you, together with the other leisure staff, maintain the continuity of the leisure home; you plan, implement, and evaluate the activities based on the governing documents. If you wish to teach in a subject in which you have a teaching license, the opportunity may exist, but it is not a requirement. As a teacher in the leisure home, you are responsive to both the needs of the student group and the activities and enjoy meeting our children. You are inspiring, enjoy when things happen, and find it easy to collaborate. The work involves both openings and closings, as well as collaboration with the school during daytime.
