About the Job

You will work with the inventory of environmentally harmful materials, waste/hazardous waste, etc., in buildings. The reports are then used as a basis for demolition, renovations, or status assessments. The work is carried out both in our own projects and in projects that involve contaminated areas where material inventory of a building may be relevant to perform in conjunction with other measures on a property.

With us, you will work on several assignments simultaneously and together with your colleagues in different project teams. These may be assignments in various geographical locations. You will lead your own assignments with planning, budgeting, and follow-up according to our routines. The job as a consultant also involves a constant effort to create and build good customer relationships and actively work for high customer satisfaction.

A close collaboration with other companies in related industries allows us to carry out both large and small complex projects that span several areas of expertise. Our clients come from all sectors, both private and public. We have an office at WTC in Gothenburg.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with broad knowledge in material inventory/environmental inventory of buildings, preferably in combination with knowledge and experience in contaminated areas. You likely have experience from environmental inventory during demolition, renovation, or reconstruction of buildings, and preferably also experience in demolition regulations and radon measurements. You have a relevant university degree such as civil engineer, natural scientist, or equivalent. We believe you have at least three years of experience in qualified work within environmental inventory, preferably as a consultant. You have completed appropriate training or courses in environmental/material inventory of environmentally harmful materials in buildings. It is an advantage if you have worked with environmental certification of buildings.
