We at Randstad are now looking for production workers for a client in Uddevalla. The working hours are during the day from 07-16. The assignments are part of our staffing operations, but for the right person, there are good chances of being recruited by the company after a period. Responsibilities

As a production worker, you will be part of a team where collaboration and communication are key success factors. Independent work is also part of the job. You will work with the manufacturing of concrete products according to drawings as well as in finished molds. Since the work is physical, it is necessary that you enjoy working with your body, although heavy lifting is not necessarily required. Production is carried out at a high pace, so we prefer that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys a physically demanding work environment and has a good team spirit. It is an advantage if you have experience working from drawings. You have good communication skills and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are a team player who enjoys doing the heavy lifting, is attentive, flexible, and patient. You have a positive attitude, are self-driven, and are meticulous about time and safety. It is also important to be able to see the bigger picture and to be proactive in your work.

Requirements:

• Engagement/willingness High work ethic
• Experience/knowledge from the manufacturing industry
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Knowledge of reading drawings
• Forklift license
