We hope you have:

A higher education in IT and at least 1 year of experience in IT support
Knowledge of ticketing systems
Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Do you lack higher education? Longer relevant work experience in IT support can compensate for this.
