The position of accounting assistant is located at the headquarters in Gothenburg. This is a recruitment where you will be employed directly by Axkid. The finance team currently consists of two employees, and you will report directly to the CFO.

About the position

The role involves overall responsibility for the company's accounts receivable and accounts payable.

You will handle payments, bank reconciliations, arrival registrations, and invoice matching. The team works closely with the company's operational activities, and you will have close contact with internal departments. You will also handle various purchases for the office, such as office supplies and other consumables. You will primarily work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a university degree in economics or a few years of documented experience as an accounting assistant or equivalent work experience
• Is interested in systems and has experience working in accounting or CRM systems
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

In the role of accounting assistant, we are looking for a meticulous, spontaneous, and proactive person with good collaboration skills, as interaction occurs daily with other departments at Axkid AB as well as with subsidiaries. You are an unpretentious team player who enjoys juggling multiple tasks and working in an organization with short decision-making paths and a true entrepreneurial spirit. You are organized, structured, detail-oriented, and clear in your communication.

This is a recruitment where you will be employed directly by Axkid with an initial probationary period.

• Start: As soon as possible, by agreement. If you graduate in June 2025, we would like you to start part-time before your graduation.
