We do this by offering training, recruitment, and consulting services for companies, as well as our vocational training programs conducted in close collaboration with the labor market.

We are now looking for an instructor for the YH program Medical Care Administrator. It is a 2-year program at 100% study pace (full-time studies) held at our premises in Aspholmen, Örebro. 25% of the training time is allocated to Learning in Work, which means practical training in the workplace.

The course Diagnosis Classification is offered during the third semester of the program.

As an instructor, you will play an important role in training the future medical care administrators. The course runs for 5 weeks in the autumn semester of 2025 (weeks 40-44), with 2-3 teaching days per week. Our ambition is to create a long-term collaboration as the course is offered every year.

You will:

• Plan and conduct teaching based on the current syllabus
• Create and structure materials in our digital learning platform Canvas
• Maintain contact with and support students throughout the course
• Examine the course according to applicable guidelines
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the course together with the program leader

We are looking for someone with experience in diagnosis classification and a deep understanding of the field – perhaps you have worked long as a medical care administrator and want to share your knowledge?

The most important thing is that you enjoy teaching and inspiring others. You do not need to have taught before, but if you have experience in a pedagogical role or grading within vocational education or similar, that is a plus.

This is a fantastic opportunity to influence the future professional competence in medical care administration. You can take on the assignment alongside your current job or as a standalone assignment.
