Your new role – a combination of people and results

We have high ambitions for Skill's continued journey in Gothenburg and the surrounding area, and therefore we will strengthen the office with an additional customer responsible. Here we see you as an important key player for our success. As a customer responsible, you will have a central role in establishing, building, and nurturing long-term customer relationships. You will work with a broad customer segment, primarily focused on the industrial and technology sectors. There is a clear expectation that you will contribute to expanding our customer base and creating long-term business relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who gets a boost from the challenge of venturing into uncharted territory, where you turn opportunities into concrete assignments in the form of recruitment, staffing, and training, as well as representing our brands in the market.

Highlights of responsibilities:

- Proactively seek and engage new customer segments

- Identify needs among new and existing customers

- Quotes

- Contracts and follow-up

- Create sustainable and long-term customer relationships

You will be part of a successful team characterized by commitment, drive, and results focus. The role of customer responsible gives you great flexibility and the opportunity to influence your role and working methods. We also see you as an important team player in the customer teams where you collaborate with consulting managers and recruitment consultants to ensure delivery to our customers.

You will be based either at our office in Gothenburg or Trollhättan and work with customers throughout Västra Götaland.

Your profile

For the role of customer responsible, we are looking for someone with successful sales experience. You have an educational background in sales or equivalent professional experience.

Meritorious:

- Experience in the IT or industrial sector

- Experience in recruitment or staffing

- Existing network within the industry

In the role of customer responsible, the ability to work independently, take initiative, and use a structured approach is essential, which comes with the trust given with freedom under responsibility. You are a self-starter ready to take responsibility and drive business forward. As a person, you are fearless and curious, driven by contact with people. You can combine your strong inner drive to achieve goals and do business with building long-term relationships, which we believe is a winning concept for successfully taking on the role.

You have a genuine commitment to business where every customer meeting is unique, and a meeting in the workshop interests you just as much as a meeting at the headquarters. Here you use your ability to adapt your strategy according to our customers' needs as a natural part of your working method.
