JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant in our home care service, your mission is to provide good care. With a good approach, personal engagement, and initiative, you will support our elderly to have a good everyday life. Our work is based on great respect for individual needs and wishes, which requires you to be attentive. To perform your work professionally, you will be delegated tasks. We are looking for someone who is responsible, has good collaboration skills, works flexibly, and finds solutions when needed. You will also collaborate with other professionals such as nurses, rehabilitation staff, and our cognitive support team.

Working hours: Weekdays, public holidays, and every other weekend. We offer day or evening schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a qualified care assistant and has experience in elderly care.

We assume that through your education, you have the ability to see individual needs, be attentive, and provide a good everyday life for our elderly. You need to be flexible as shifts may change, and since the pace can sometimes be high, it is important to remain calm. You also need to communicate well in spoken and written Swedish and have experience with documentation.

You need to be solution-focused, responsible, and committed. You can collaborate as well as work independently. Furthermore, you need to be able to take initiative, have a good approach, and always keep our elderly in focus. Great importance is placed on the suitability of the staff.

Meritorious:

• Experience in home care
• Experience in contact person responsibilities within home care
• Have created and followed up on implementation plans

A B driver's license is required for the position.
